KUALA LUMPUR / MALAYSIA

This relatively simple 27 stories tower is located at the gateway corner to a larger and prestigious TRX development in Kuala Lumpur. When tasked with a design of the tower's facade we wanted to achieve a complete and iconic look that would highlight its main entrance and drop-off as well as down-play the visible part of a 7 stories overground car park that is situated just above ground and first floor. Additionally, we have proposed a significant part of facade to be finished with solid panels to further optimize tower's energy efficiency.
